The handling is the power of this software: You discretionary edit, copy or add the items on screen; Deal the daily orders or reprint them from earlier periods.

In the pizza delivery you only maintain ONE article number and their sizes and prices. The prices of supplements can be calculated by these pizza sizes. Additionally you can add choice article (e.g. toppings on salads). You deposit up to 5 sizes and have still 2 more buttons to maintain "Double Cheese" or "Cheese Crust". And beverages do have its own sizes like 0,2 .. 0.5.

In Restaurant business you set up your virtual tables in the table overview. You manage occupied tables (red colour) interactively with the graphical elements. Anytime you are able to continue  the order and add new items such as beverages or meals to it (but only these new items are printed out). Additionally you are able to print out 2 receipts for beverages to the bar printer - and meals to the kitchen printer.

In Delivery buisiness you manage your customers with the customer database. Hereby a street directory helps you to enter the customer faster and more accurate. ZIP codes and destricts can be adjusted into street directory, so that there is the possibility to calculate the delivering costs automatically! Your personnel must not have sense of locality.

CassaForte can be operated by mouse, keybord or even by Touchscreen (virtual keyboard + larger buttons).  Last-mentioned way of operating is more innovative and flexible at the restaurant service point - even with multiple waiters. The system always starts in the main order screen, so you can directly start with a new order. Further functionality is visible behind the functions button (Reports, Cashbook, Statistics). With the password und user-rights control you permit or prohibit program sections to each personnel. Like a telephonist can re-edit orders, making canellations - a manager should add and edit articles (food menu) - or YOU as director can take a look to system-events list (who has changed orders, cause of cancellations).

You install our product on a normal Standard Windows PC (Win XP Home version is adequate), even those systems you find on the actual market. Minimum needs are Win98 with 450 MHZ and 32 MB ram. A reliable performance is reached with systems up to 1400 MHZ, 512 MB ram (Win XP expected).

Customary cash components, like receipt printer and cash drawer are supported. So on each cash-based action the drawer opens and the operator enter the recieved money. The printer control is based on Windows, so every printer installed in Windows, is running with CassaForte. If you prefer to use a receipt printer, take best an Epson TMT 88 thermal printer with parallel connection. Touchscreeen or POS devices you can buy at www.jarltech.com...

CassaForte can be upgraded with many enhancements. You can buy a license of our product in 3 versions: Light / Standard / Professional. In Professionalversion you got assistance directly "at your mouse". So you can pick up a customers city map. In this version (optional) you are also able to manage a WebShop.... You just hardly entered your food menu - now add individual article descriptions and as the case may be, publish product photos, and transfer these datas to Internet Shop....

Your daily reports are deposited straight into Takeaway / Restaurant / Delivery and also included tax amounts. You get overview for: Sold articles, weekly statistics, monthly- and yearly statistics.  All dealings are listed in the cash book. You are able to add your own entries (e.g. buying food cash-based).  Also included is a personnel time registration. You get montly reports on hours worked and a pro-forma settlement.
